	Vital Records Information

	TO OBTAIN BIRTH, DEATH AND/OR MARRIAGE RECORDS No personal checks accepted

	Birth Records
	Birth certificates are electronically submitted to the State Department of Health from the hospital. Certified copies of birth certificates can be issued currently back to 1905 for $15.00 each.

	Death Records
	Certified copies of death certificates are $15.00 each.

	Marriage Records
	Certified copies of marriage licenses are $15.00 each and a marriage license is $40.00 (cash). View information about obtaining a marriage license
